This is a life-size whole skeleton replica of the Japanese Giant Flying Squirrel (Petaurista leucogenys) with display base.
The model faithfully reproduces the skeletal anatomy of one of Japan's largest gliding mammals, showcasing the elongated limb bones and distinctive proportions associated with its remarkable gliding lifestyle.
Produced using a high-resolution stereolithography 3D printer, the replica features exceptional anatomical detail despite its compact size. The layer lines typically associated with 3D printing are barely visible, resulting in a clean and realistic skeletal presentation.
This model was created in response to requests for a highly detailed and display-quality skeletal replica.

Photopolymer resin is used as the primary material.
Each component is produced using a high-resolution stereolithography 3D printer.
After printing, the model is carefully hand-finished and painted to resemble a natural skeletal specimen.
