Due to the handcrafted nature of many products, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are provided for reference purposes and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

4. Production and Shipping

Most products are produced in small batches or made to order.

Orders are typically shipped within three (3) weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.

6. Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

When possible, please provide photographs of the damaged item and shipping package.

Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unless a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, all sales are considered final.

Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, 3D models, designs, graphics, and product images, is the property of Amphi LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not designed as toys and are not intended for use by young children.
