This is a scaled complete skeleton replica of a Green Sea Turtle (Chelonia mydas).
The model was created from 3D scan data obtained from an actual skeletal specimen, faithfully reproducing the unique anatomy of this iconic marine reptile in a compact 18 cm display size.
The replica alone is included. The original specimen is not included.
[Production Method]
Photopolymer resin is used as the primary material.
Each component is produced with a high-resolution stereolithography 3D printer.
After printing, the model is carefully hand-painted to resemble a natural skeletal specimen.
The layer lines typically associated with 3D printing are barely visible, allowing for a highly realistic finish.
Model Length: Approx. 180 mm
Material: Resin
Display: Mounted on a display base using metal wire supports for long-term stability.
The model can be removed from the base by detaching the wire supports if desired.
